　　 The joint between gear reducers, electric motor and working machine should adopt flexible coupling, toothed coupling or other non-rigid coupling.

■Lubrication
　　 Oil tank or oil circulating lubrication should be used for the redcuers.

■Maintenance
　　 It should be lifted evenly and lie slowly in order to prevent itself from damage.
In case gradual running, it should be stopped immediately and eliminate breakdown when oil temperature arises sharply to 80℃ or abnormal noise happens.
　　 It should be kept clean, no dust on the external surface to avoid affecting heat emission.
　　 The gear reducer should be maintained once half a year
　　 Please establish sound maintenance system and make a record of problems in detail.
　　 It should be maintained once half a year, please run in and test run with load first after changing spare parts.
　　 Please install protection shield on shaft extension and coupling.
