Jingzhou Jujing Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the historical famous city –Jingzhou. As one of the earliest specified site to manufacture reducers in China, the company has already enjoyed four decades of experience. The design of the reducers and the productivity of the company take the leading position in the same industry. It is the largest specialized reducer manufacture in central south of China. The latest main products are planetary gearbox, parallel shaft and vertical shaft reducers.　
　　At present, it has more than 600 staff in the company, among which there are more than 200 skilled technicians. The factory occupies 130,000 square meters of area with building area being 40,000 square meters. It has the stand-up processing center, digitalized boring &milling lathe, gear grinding machine and as many as 500 sets of sophisticated refined equipment plus the heat processing system. At the same time, based on customers’ demands, it can manufacture various non-standard specialized reducers. The annual productivity exceeds 8000 sets.
　　The company applies ERP management method in production, sale, finance, store, ect. Machinery heating technologies are advanced. The technologies of carbon-permeation, nitrogenation and gear grinding are adopted in gear processing. With perfect quality management system, the accuracy of gear reducers have reached grade 5. The company is equipped with coordinate measuring instrument(CMM), comprehensive gear testing apparatus and closed style gear-transmission experimental table. 　　For further development, our company plans to invest ￥150,000,000 to build up jujing New Zone with the grounding area of 130 thousand square meters in Jingzhou Industry Zone. The total project is divided into three stages. Stage-one project has been put into production for two years and Stage-two project will be completed and put into production in April,2008.
